If sending an original print please use recorded delivery for your protection
Files on CD - the bigger the better. Save at 300dpi. JPG or TIFF only. (Do not use LZW compression on TIFF)

Files sent by email - send as Jpeg as large as practical for your type of internet connection (2 - 3 meg is adequate)

When we contact you on receipt of your photograph we will confirm the suitability
for reproduction to your chosen size
